Using FAYDA POS
FAYDA POS is business software. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and for your own business, and to keep your sign-in details private.
Your account and your data
The business owns the records it enters. The owner decides who may use the system and what each person may do, and is responsible for the actions of the people they add.
Accuracy of records
FAYDA POS helps you keep records, but you remain responsible for checking them, including stock counts, prices, taxes and payments, and for meeting your own legal and tax duties.
Payment providers
Where you connect a payment provider, your agreement with that provider applies. A payment is treated as received only when the provider confirms it or an authorised person confirms it by hand with a written reason.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of internet or provider problems. Keep your own backups of important records.
Changes
We may update the software and these terms. Continuing to use FAYDA POS after a change means you accept it.
