On this website we collect only what you type into our forms: your name, business name, phone number, email address and message. Inside the product, a business stores its own records, such as products, sales, customers, staff and accounts.
How we use it
We use the details from our forms only to answer your request and to set up your account. Business records inside FAYDA POS belong to the business that entered them and are used to run its system.
Who sees it
Website requests are seen by the people who run FAYDA POS. Inside a business, each person sees only what their role allows. We do not sell your information.
Payments
FAYDA POS records payments and can connect to payment providers you choose. Your provider keys are stored encrypted. We do not store full card numbers.
Keeping it safe
Access is protected by sign-in, roles and permissions, and important actions are recorded in an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose strong passwords and keep them private.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete a request you sent through this website, or to explain what is held about your business. Contact us using the form on the Contact page.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
